Job Summary

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to senior executives. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, itineraries)
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Maintain filing systems and office organization
  • Track open tasks, owners, deadlines, and follow-ups across multiple departments.
  • Follow up with managers and team members to ensure assigned items are completed on time.
  • Prepare concise executive updates that summarize the issue, current status, responsible party, next steps, and deadline.
  • Support operational projects, audits, and process-compliance follow-up as needed.
  • Help organize and prioritize high-volume communication, including urgent emails, calls, and internal messages.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Experience supporting fast-paced executives or senior leaders preferred.
  • Ability to work with direct feedback, shifting priorities, and urgent requests.
  • Strong follow-through and comfort holding others accountable professionally.
  • Experience with task trackers, CRM systems, reporting dashboards, or project management tools is a plus.

Compensation and benefits

  Salary Range: $55,000 – $75,000 per year
