Job Summary
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to senior executives. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, itineraries)
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Maintain filing systems and office organization
- Track open tasks, owners, deadlines, and follow-ups across multiple departments.
- Follow up with managers and team members to ensure assigned items are completed on time.
- Prepare concise executive updates that summarize the issue, current status, responsible party, next steps, and deadline.
- Support operational projects, audits, and process-compliance follow-up as needed.
- Help organize and prioritize high-volume communication, including urgent emails, calls, and internal messages.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Experience supporting fast-paced executives or senior leaders preferred.
- Ability to work with direct feedback, shifting priorities, and urgent requests.
- Strong follow-through and comfort holding others accountable professionally.
- Experience with task trackers, CRM systems, reporting dashboards, or project management tools is a plus.

Compensation and benefits
Salary Range: $55,000 – $75,000 per year
